JM Details uses this website to explain services, receive quote requests, and receive provisional appointment requests. The business should collect and use only the information reasonably needed to answer a request, prepare a quote, arrange service, communicate about requested work, and maintain required business records.
Information customers provide
The HighLevel quote form asks for name, phone, email, city, postal code, vehicle year/make/model, vehicle type and condition, requested service, consent choices, and optional notes. For appointment requests, the website carries the selected service, vehicle size, condition, add-ons, and estimate into hidden booking-summary fields; the calendar then asks for a preferred start, contact details, vehicle year/make/model, consent, and optional notes. Customers should not submit payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information through either request.
Technical information
The hosting provider and embedded-form provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and basic request logs. No first-party advertising pixel or analytics tool is currently configured.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to the customer, review the vehicle and requested work, prepare a quote, confirm an appointment, provide the requested service, maintain service and security records, and comply with applicable obligations. Marketing communications must remain separate and require approved consent before activation.
Service providers and sharing
HighLevel provides the connected forms, appointment-request calendar, CRM, opportunity pipeline, and an internal appointment notification for the authorized JM Details user. Cloudflare hosts the website through Workers Static Assets. JM Details does not sell customer information. Information may be shared with approved service providers that support the business or when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law. Any future analytics or payment provider will be added here before activation.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Text and email communications
A customer may call, text, or email JM Details directly. HighLevel records website requests and may notify the authorized JM Details user inside HighLevel, but no automated customer email or SMS, marketing, reminder, or review-request workflow is active. JM Details may follow up directly about a submitted request. If the non-marketing SMS program is activated after carrier approval, only customers who voluntarily select the separate, optional SMS-consent checkbox may receive automated texts about quote requests, scheduling, appointment confirmations or changes, and service updates. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or form submission. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Retention and customer choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service, security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Customers may ask about access, correction, deletion, or communication preferences using the contact information below; requests remain subject to identity verification and applicable requirements.
Children and security
This service is not directed to children. Reasonable safeguards should be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
