JM Details uses this website to explain services, receive quote requests, and receive provisional appointment requests. The business should collect and use only the information reasonably needed to answer a request, prepare a quote, arrange service, communicate about requested work, and maintain required business records.

Information customers provide

The connected HighLevel quote form and appointment calendar intake ask for name, phone, email, city, postal code, vehicle year/make/model, vehicle type and condition, requested service, preferred timing, consent choices, and optional notes. The calendar also records the selected preferred start time. Customers should not submit payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information through either request.

Technical information

The hosting provider and embedded-form provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and basic request logs. No first-party advertising pixel or analytics tool is currently configured.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to the customer, review the vehicle and requested work, prepare a quote, confirm an appointment, provide the requested service, maintain service and security records, and comply with applicable obligations. Marketing communications must remain separate and require approved consent before activation.

Service providers and sharing

HighLevel provides the connected form, appointment-request calendar, CRM, and opportunity pipeline. Vercel hosts the website. JM Details does not sell customer information. Information may be shared with approved service providers that support the business or when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law. Any future analytics, payment, or automated-messaging provider will be added here before activation.

Text and email communications

A customer may call, text, or email JM Details directly. Automated email, SMS, marketing, and review-request workflows are not currently active. If activated later, operational and marketing consent will remain separate and applicable sender-identification and opt-out requirements will apply.

Retention and customer choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service, security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Customers may ask about access, correction, deletion, or communication preferences using the contact information below; requests remain subject to identity verification and applicable requirements.

Children and security

This service is not directed to children. Reasonable safeguards should be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
